Paying it forward is so rewarding. The process for receiving funds to do what we do is not always timely, so we give what can until we receive it.

Our efforts have brought about results that show the need for regular access to the arts. The goal(s) for AOE, Inc. Are:

The services we provide require us to transport supplies/equipment to individuals, commute to a group, or rent a facility. Our quest is to obtain a facility that will service the community as a camp, community center, and music education facility.

  1. Provide a hub to distribute to those in need of food and/or back to school supplies

  1. Establish a central location for studying/tutoring (we should include why coming to our facility will be better than going to the student – hands on activities or something)

  1. Be a safe haven (or partner with existing organizations) for the women and children that are victims of domestic violence abuse and trafficking.

  2. Set up a fund program that will give annual scholarships

  3. Enlist the participation of local businesses for job fairs hosted at the facility

AOE, Inc. Plans to start modestly, slowly grow the program as outreach efforts are more successful, and demonstrable success attracts more volunteers and funding.

The first year’s measurable objectives include:

 a. create a membership based program that provides discounts to the participants. Our database consists of __________ amount of people we've helped throughout the years

summer camps, 3-4 weeks, enrolling between 30-60 participants, combined – musical minors and wisdom warriors

b. 2 showcases per month,  targeting a total of 300 attendees per event.

c. Deeply discounted music instruction lessons –

d. Access to facility event space for rental to the public

Volunteers will assist in the gathering of statistics on usage both daily and compiled. Specific services will be tabulated., such as: tutors, instructors, mentors, servers, camp workers, counselors, set-up and cleanup personnel
